When I was a kid, I loved to take things apart and put them back together. I’m still curious about how things work, and I like to make them work better.

My UX and product development experience encompasses research, strategy, design, QA, implementation, and maintenance. My ability to empathize with users, coupled with a strong understanding of business goals and technical constraints, enables me to create intuitive and effective products and services.

  • Managed a comprehensive rebuild of a B2B’s data processing and presentation generation system, reducing processing time by 83% and significantly minimizing errors

  • Coordinated a major company website redesign, optimizing information architecture and CTAs, improving client engagement and enhancing the overall user experience

  • Launched a web-based client portal that streamlined client servicing and facilitated greater client access, integrating multiple touchpoints and tracking over $79 million in ROI to date

  • Led a remote team of 3 UX Designers to strengthen the usability of a SaaS platform’s documents module, increasing task success rate from 38% to 80% through iterative design and testing
